If life throws a curveball and you need to cancel your tour, we’ve got a simple setup. Cancel more than 60 days before your trip starts, and you’ll get a full refund, minus a small 5% admin fee to cover our costs—think paperwork and bank charges. Between 60 and 30 days out, we’ll refund 50% of your payment, cause we’ve likely locked in hotels or guides for you. Less than 30 days? Sorry, no refunds, as our partners—like that boutique palazzo in Venice—have everything set. Just let us know quick via email or phone so we can sort it out.
Changes to Your Booking
Wanna tweak your tour, like swapping a Provence picnic for a cooking class? We’re flexible! Changes requested 60+ days before departure are free, as long as the new tour’s available. Within 60 days, we’ll try our best, but there might be a $100 fee per person to cover supplier costs. If the new tour’s pricier, you’ll cover the difference; if it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the gap. Just reach out, and we’ll work our magic to keep your rendezous on track.
Cancellations by Us
Sometimes, stuff out of our control—like weather or a supplier hiccup—forces us to cancel a tour. If that happens, we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked, or offer to move you to another dreamy tour, like from Edinburgh to Dubrovnik, at no extra cost. We’ll do everything to avoid this, but if it happens, we’ll make it right fast.
Non-Refundable Items
