Booking Your Tour

When you book a SchRen tour, you’re signing up for a 5-day romantic escape, complete with boutique stays and private experiences. You’ll need to provide accurate info—like your name, contact details, and any special requests—so we can set up your Santorini cruise or Prague castle tour just right. Full payment’s due at booking, handled securely through our trusted payment processors. Prices are per couple, in USD, and don’t include airfare unless we say so. If you’re under 18, sorry, our tours are for grown-up lovebirds only.

Cancellations and Changes

Life happens, and we’ve got your back—check our Refund Policy for the full scoop. Cancel 60+ days before your tour, and you’ll get a full refund minus a 5% admin fee. Between 30-60 days, it’s a 50% refund; less than 30 days, no refunds, as our partners (like that Dubrovnik hotel) are locked in. Wanna switch a tour date or swap a flamenco lesson for a wine tasting? We’ll try to make it work, but changes within 60 days might cost $100 per person. Contact us quick to sort it out.

Our Responsibilities

We’re commited to delivering the romantic experience promised—think cozy villas, private guides, and tasty meals. But stuff like weather, strikes, or supplier issues (like a boat captain calling in sick) might force tweaks. If we need to change or cancel a tour, we’ll offer a comparable alternative or a full refund, no fuss. We’re not liable for things outside our control, like missed flights or lost luggage, so grab travel insurance for extra peace of mind.

Your Responsibilities

You and your partner gotta show up on time for tours and activities, with valid passports and any needed visas—Europe’s picky about paperwork. Be respectful to our guides, drivers, and hotel staff; they’re working hard to make your trip magical. If you damage something, like a kayak in Dubrovnik, you’ll cover the cost. Also, please let us know about health issues or dietary needs when booking—we’ll do our best to tailor things, like gluten-free tapas in Seville.

Health and Safety

Our tours involve some light activity—think kayaking or walking Prague’s cobblestones—so make sure you’re up for it. We follow local safety rules, and our partners (hotels, boats, etc.) meet high standards. But you’re responsible for your own safety, like not leaning too far out during a Lake Como boat ride. If health rules change (like new travel restrictions), we’ll keep you posted and adjust as needed.

Intellectual Property

Our website’s content—photos of Amalfi’s cliffs, descriptions of Edinburgh’s folklore—is ours or licensed to us. Feel free to browse, but don’t copy or use it without our okay. SchRen’s name and logo are our babies, so no using them for your own stuff without permission. We’re all about sharing the love, just not our copyrighted bits.

Limitation of Liability

We pour our hearts into making your tour amazing, but we’re not responsible for things like flight delays, lost items, or injuries during activities (like slipping on a Provence vineyard path). Our liability’s limited to the tour price you paid, and we’re not on the hook for indirect losses, like missing a work meeting. Travel insurance is your best pal for covering the unexpected.
